In a time before the internet. Lol, just kidding, we know you know about the time before the internet. But do you remember just how special having no internet was? Every single release, teaser and trailer was the talk of the town. People become obsessed with celebrities and formed groups, or fan clubs as they liked to call them. People who were in nappies together became enemies over the NSYNC - Backstreet Boys feud. Pop culture was much more focused back then, and as a result meant so much more to us when we finally did have it drip fed to us from the television overlords.

So we figured that seeing as this golden age of glorifying celebrities has long passed, and seeing how diverse and deluded the 'influencers' of today have become, it is only right to help our fellow millennials feel a little more at home on the internet. Or at that, literally any disney movie remake. You have to give it to the film industry, in terms of timing, they knew exactly when our nostalgia would start to kick in and timed the releases of their remakes to perfection. The only problem now is that we have no option but to buy another ticket to a movie we saw twenty years ago. But hey, who knows, maybe it’ll be even better this time…
Well, yes we did. We also had cellphones that looked like they would cook your brain. Appliances with dodgy electronics that literally cooked people’s brains. And of course who cannot forget the rampant obsession men had with overly baggy clothes and women had with low rise jeans. We were not perfect then, just as we are imperfect now.
